Some Knowledge about Refrigerant

Refrigerant is the working fluid which is in refrigeration and air conditioning systems to transfer thermal energy to produce the effect of freezing. It can be divided into categories according to work method, namely the Primary and the Secondary refrigerant. Classified according to material properties, it can be divided into Natural refrigerants and Synthetic refrigerant.
In the air conditioning system, it is the substance that makes heat begin to transfer through evaporation and condensation. It is always known as Freon.

Freon is an absorb easily heat into a gas, and give out heat easily to become liquid. In the early time, refrigeration plants use ammonia as freon, ammonia can give out heat easily to become liquid upon compression. When the liquid becomes gas, it will need heat.
Every common air-conditioners are used Freon CFCs. But previously these CFCs would destroy the ozone layer. Nowadays scientists have now developed the CFCs which does not destroy the ozone layer.

The Development of China’s Enameled Wire Industry

What is enameled wire?
Enameledwire regards as winding for electromagnetic coil using insulation paint as an insulating coating, also known as magnet wire. Enameled wire is the main raw materials for electromagnetic windings of electrical, electronics, household appliances, telecommunications, and electronic instruments.

The Present Situation of China’s Enameled Wire Industry
After joining the WTO, with the rapid development of industrial electronics, household appliances, telecommunications, electronic products, enameled wire has a broader applications and markets. China has become the world's manufacturing center and processing base of enameled wire. Chinese enameled wire production and sale accounts for about 30 percent of global production. Chinese production of enameled wire in the last twenty years increase more than 10% per year. It can be predicted that it will increase to about 50% and China can become a real big and strong enameled wire production.
National tiny electromagnetic enameled wire sales from 2004 to 2006  (including imports) was approximately 290,000 tons, 310,000 tons and 340,000 tons with an average annual growth rate of over 8%. Among them, the line field of the relay grow especially. The average annual sales increase of 20%. Electronic components become lighter and thinner and consumers pursue for thin and tiny electromagnetic. Because of those reasons, demand of enameled wire grows year after year. Total fine electromagnetic enameled wire’s sales in major market amounted to 460,000 tons in 2010. The average annual increase of about 9%. In 2012, this data was 544,000 tons.

Some problems in China’s enameled wire industry
Because the wide use of the relays, micro-motors, electronic transformers, solenoid valves and other electronic components in automobiles, household appliances, mobile phones, computers, office supplies and other fields, fine electromagnetic enameled wire grows steadily as an important raw material for electronic components. Through years of development, China has become the largest producer and user of relays, micro motors and electronic transformers and other electronic components. But due to the gap of process, technology and equipment of  international, fine enameled wire production capacity in the country is far unable to meet the demand. Chinese fine enameled wire can only have about 30% of the amount from the domestic manufacturers.

What is the difference of Enameled wire ,magnet wire and Insulation wire?

We all know the enameled wire and magnet wire are two kinds of insulated wires,both Played an insulation role.
If people do not very understand its natural Properties, they might be confused with the magnet wire and enameled wire, because there are main properties are insulated.


In fact the enameled wire, magnet wire and insulated wire is essentially different, they have a big difference with each others when they are used.
Our daily talk about the “insulation wire “are usually used in high frequency places, while the enameled wire is rarely used in this area.


Their different purpose mainly depending on the insulating layer of different materials. The insulation layer of the enamel wire is not very good for the high frequency function, but insulated layer of magnet wire is very good.
In the high frequency current environment, the high frequency current is transmitted through the conductor's appearance, but the low frequency current is the main transmission through the conductor cross section.. This also determines the main difference.
